Although anxiety was already high in prevalence, it has been further exacerbated during this COVID-19 era. How does our clinical practice support children and youth who come to us for help with this challenge? This recorded 70 minute session will differentiate between anxiety and anxiety disorders, and will offer a holistic view of the science involved and several interventions across different contexts. Sensory, relational, cognitive and environmental approaches will be integrated throughout this introductory conversation. This resource is applicable for OTs, SLPs, PTs, Psychologists, Counsellors and other professionals who are increasingly seeing children who experience anxiety in their practice.
