Neuroscience guides clinical reasoning and problem-solving, offering validation with evidence for our treatment selections. Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists will have the opportunity to bridge theory to practice through lecture, videotape analysis, small group discussions and lab experience through live, online and interactive trainings. Although the goal of this course is primarily to support pediatric rehabilitation, the concepts will be applicable across the lifespan. This is an intermediate-level learning experience, and neurodiversity within a wide range of diagnostic categories will be explored.
